Every package comes with 2 focused revisions—fast feedback cycles keep us moving at warp speed.

Extra out‑of‑scope edits are $250 each with a 24‑hour turnaround. We’ll keep refining until it’s perfect.

Our sprint relies on momentum—missed or canceled kickoff calls incur a $50 reschedule fee and automatic rebooking.

Yes—you’ll receive Editor‑level access so you can tweak text, swap images, and manage basic content via our web editor. We keep developer access locked down to safeguard your site’s security and integrity.

Email us to request your complete site ZIP package, and we’ll deliver every file straight to your inbox. Please note: our sites are fine‑tuned on our proprietary server environment with special performance and security enhancements. We cannot guarantee an identical look, speed, or functionality on third‑party hosting. Once delivered, ongoing updates or security patches fall outside our free support—unless you opt into an active hosting subscription.

Add‑ons—like extra pages or a logo redesign—require an active OnePageClick™ plan and aren’t available standalone. The Ultimate Package includes one custom logo, and every plan lets you add unlimited extra pages as your business grows. If your plan doesn’t include a logo, you can always add it for an additional fee of $1,000 per logo request.

We believe in transparency and the premium value of our 24‑hour express process. You have a 72‑hour grace period from purchase (and before your ideation meeting) to cancel for any reason—we’ll refund 75% of your payment, no questions asked, to cover initial research and prep. After that window closes—or once work is underway or completed—all fees are non‑refundable, and any refund requests beyond one week of service will be declined.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. 12‑Month Minimum Commitment
   When you sign up for a OnePageClick™ subscription (hosting, security, updates, etc.), you commit to at least 12 months of service.
2. Cancelling Within the First Year
   • You may cancel at any time by giving 30 days’ written notice via Trello or email.
   • An Early Termination Fee equal to one month’s retainer will apply, to cover the specialized setup and pipeline costs incurred on your behalf.
3. Cancelling After the First Year
   • After your initial 12‑month term has elapsed, you may cancel at any time with 30 days’ notice, and no termination fee will apply.
   • Your service continues at the normal retainer rate through your notice period.
4. How to Cancel
   • Submit a cancellation request in your Trello dashboard or email support@onepageclick.com.
   • We’ll confirm receipt, calculate any Early Termination Fee if applicable, and schedule your final service date.

5. You will receive a ZIP file containing the final design created by OnepageClick, including any updates made by our creative team prior to cancellation. Please note that OnepageClick will not provide any further support once the cancellation is officially processed.
